Back to school orders

All orders placed on the dates selected for the back to school period are guaranteed to be delivered for the beginning of the new school year.

Late orders

All orders placed after the dates selected for the back to school period will not have the delivery guaranteed for the beginning of the new school year. (Exception: This information does not apply to  new or late inscriptions)

Order processing

During the back to school period, all orders are processed in a chronological manner.

Custom made uniforms

Maison Lemira can produce custom tailored uniforms to better serve it’s customers. However, custom made garments cannot be exchanged nor reimbursed after they have  been cut and sown.

No reimbursements after orders are received

Please take note that reimbursements will not be allowed after clients take possession of their orders.

(Exceptions will be made for students changing school before the beginning of the school year. A 35.00$ cancellation fee will be applied)

Payment methods

In store accepted payment methods:

Cash currency, debit card/Interac, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), money order, certified check and personal checks. (Important: Personal checks will be only accepted for deposits on orders that haven’t yet been delivered. A 35.00$ fee will be applied for NSF checks)

Online accepted payment methods:

Credit card (Visa/Mastercard)

Exchange policy

Once customers receive their orders, they have a 3 month period to request any exchanges. Items can only be exchanged for different sizes, they cannot be exchanged for different items. Only new, unused and unwashed items will be exchanged. All exchanges must be made directly at our place of business and customers must have a copy of their invoice in order to proceed.

(Exception: After an order is received, if a student experiences an unexpected growth spurt before the beginning of the school year, exchanges will still be possible even if the 3 month period is expired. Please take note that this exception applies only for back to school orders, it does not apply for orders placed during the school year)

Cancellation policy

Only orders with deposits that haven’t yet been picked up can be cancelled and refunded. Orders with deposits can be on stand by, waiting to be picked up, for up to 4 months. If an order hasn’t been pickedup after 4 months then it will automatically be cancelled and the deposit will no longer be refundable.

(Please take note that a 35.00$ fee will be applied to all cancelled orders)

Warranty

Customers have a 3 month warranty on their orders. The warranty will only be applied if the product care instructions were followed. The warranty will come into effect the moment that they take possession of their orders. Maison Lemira will replace or repair (if possible) all products that have production defects or imperfections. Customers must present a copy of their invoices in order to benefit from the warranty.

(Important: The warranty applies to shoes as well and it will cover production defects and imperfections but it will not cover problems related to excessive perspiration or improper use)

Product care

It is very important to follow the instructions behind the labels on all our items in order to maximize the longevity of the school uniform. In case of any problems with our products, the warranty will only be upheld if the product care instructions were followed.

Order deliveries

Customers can pick up their orders directly at our place of business, they can have their orders shipped to school (Shipping charges apply) or they can have their orders shipped to another location (Residence, office etc., shipping charges apply). Maison Lemira offers regular deliveries (2 to 4 weeks) or express deliveries (1 to 2 business days).
